Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

• Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
   

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Underwear

• Customized or altered products

• Final sale items
   

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@angelogallazo.com with:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the product is defective or damaged)

Our team will provide instructions and the return address.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange if needed.
